The packaging is appealing making it look like it is worth the money spent on it. I have never found a sleep aide that has worked for me. I thought this was just going to be another product that does not work. Just with the first dose it works wonderful. The package says it helps relax you, fall asleep faster, and stay asleep. It does everything it says it does. I am very satisfied with this products. I will be buying this from now on. I recommend this to anyone that has had trouble with other products in the past. It lives up to the description on the pack.

I tried this but the first night didn’t fall sleep until hours later but kept trying. I can say after a few nights I sleep through the night. I do have to take an hour or so before it seems to work.

This product works better than malatonin alone. Also, it seems to take an hour or so to help, as well as a few days to really work to begin with. When you try it, try a few nights in a row before you give up, it does help me.
