Rated 3 out of 5 by zhuldyzz from Since quarantine had started I found it really hard to go to bed before 2 am and I would just lay in bed waiting. I took this before bedtime 11 pm and it really helped me fall asleep after 2 hours.It doesn't actually make me sleepy or keep me asleep, but I found it made me relaxed probably it was a auto-suggestion. Overall I think melatonin is worth my money just for the relaxing effect alone. I have never experienced any side effects as people says.

I would improve this product by maybe making it a stronger dose, or adding other herbs that in combination would provide a tranquil feeling enough to fade into sleep. Gave 3 stars because it is affordable and their other products I've tried have been decent. Sadly cannot recommend this particular one.

I always took a soft gel when I felt my body was already relaxed, I feel these just sped u the process. I also take them during 4+ hour flights and they work wonders. I sleep comfortably and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for time zone adjusting and catching a comfortable snooze during travel.

As a mom, my evenings are the time when I am busy getting things done at home and this is a good way to slow my mind and prepare my body for sleep. I have never been in a deep enough sleep that I struggle to wake up and I never wake up groggy. The perfect combination.

I’ve tried them numerous times, however, I find myself taking forever to fall asleep and then waking up with a few hours which was a great deep sleep and then having so much trouble falling back asleep. Maybe they work for some people, just not for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by heatherpf9dd from I absolutely love this I absolutely love this product. It works so well and it iss extremely effective for providing an awesome night of sleep. This is so much better than a regular sleeping pill. Make sure that you always take the right dose though. I once took an extra pill thinking that it'd provide an even better night's sleep and it actually had the opposite effect. 5mg is just right for me.

Unfortunately, they tend to have a wear off effect after about 6 hours of sleep causing you to wake up with a 50/50 shot of falling back asleep again. Would recommend if you are sleep deprived and even 6 hours would mean everything to your being able to function.
