This is a great product if you are trying to strengthen your hair, skin, and nails and I have noticed a difference in all three. You do have to make sure that you are taking this daily to get the full benefits. My skin has looked better in terms of tone and clarity, and my nails and hair have been growing faster and are stronger than they have ever been.

I do notice that my nails are a lot stronger after taking Biotin. I usually take this in the morning with my morning toast and I don't feel any gassiness or burping like I do with some fish oil tablets. I do recommend taking this consistently though. 1000 mcg was a lot for me so I will be toning it down to 500 mcg.

This is an okay product. I didn’t see much hair growth, but did see my nails grow. I prefer the 1,000mg over the 5,000mg as the 5,000mg often made me break out. This is super affordable though but I would rather have a product that is a multi with biotin included. Natures Bounty Biotin 1000Mcg Tablets

These Biotin pills I took on a daily basis. I did notice my nails growing and leg hair so I’m assuming my actual hair too but I stopped taking these once they finished. They do worth though. But I was waxing back then and what is the point of waxing if you are taking biotin lol

Didn’t notice much of
Didn’t notice much of a difference. There was some improvement in my nails but not at all in my hair. And the difference in my nails wasn’t enough to continue using the product. I’ve heard good things from other people but this didn’t seem to do the trick for me.

I love biotin always
I love biotin always lol but these I love loveeeeeeeeeeee, I can’t say enough good things about this product it is hands down one my top faves to pick up at a target Walmart etc even Amazon has it . I have taken it for a few months and really noticed difference.

Love it! I have added Biotin to my supplement regime. I have used Biton before and it has met my expectations. I like the size and ease of taking the supplement. From what I can tell it works for me. I would buy this product again. Great product in my book!

I've been using this product for about a month now because my hair wasn't growing back fast enough since I did a big chop in the summer. It has helped my hair grow longer but not fuller at all. My hair is very thin. This is good for length growth for me.
