I’m one of those people who really wanted to try the apple cider vinegar fad/kick. Unfortunately I absolutely could not get past the taste and smell of the actual shot of vinegar. I tried every different way. Taking a small shot. Mixing it in other beverages. Trying to disguise the taste and smell. I could not get past it. Then I discovered ACV supplements! The day is saved!! I’m not sure they are completely saving the day as I don’t know how a small supplement equals a 2oz shot of AVC but I don’t want to ask too many questions. Lol. I would much rather take the supplement and hope it’s doing the trick!

Natures Bounty Apple Cider Vinegar 480 mg 200 Tablets this is working perfectly for me I like it that this is in tablets I use to take Apple cider vinegar shots but since I found out about this vitamins I’m not going Back to the vinegar shots .

These are so good
These are so good for you. If you cannot stand drinking apple cider vinegar then these are the thing to do. They do not have a strong vinegar taste and settle just fine. No side effects for me except makes me feel great

I cannot stand to take apple cider vinegar shots so this pill option is perfect for me. I just take this with water and I feel the same exact Effects as if it were a regular shot. This is so much better then that

My grandma used to
My grandma used to always tell me the importance of apple cider vinegar. She used to keep a Mason jar of it with raisins soaking in it. Since I'm an adult know I am trying to add these into my daily routine.

I have heard great
I have heard great reviews about Apple cider vinegar but did not want to take the liquid kind. I purchased these and they are just a bit too big and it's tough to swallow especially two capsules at once.

Always take apple cidar vinegar daily ,I cant drink it so I take in a gummy or pill and these are great . Definitely affordable, and does its job . Highly recommend
