Rated 5 out of 5 by fgreene from These are AWESOME! I have been taking these vitamins literally faithfully for years now. I just continue to buy the exact same bottle over and over and over. I like to think it's working well! However....recently, after a traumatizing hair incident, I purchased Hairfinity vitamins one evening and I switched to taking those, putting a halt to Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Hair Skin & Nails...and wow. Immediately, I noticed that with Hairfinity, my skin was smoother and my nails were thicker. Hairfinity is significantly more expensive though, so I would say with these Nature's Bounty vitamins, it's still a great value and the vitamins are like a pearl pink. So cute!

I'm not convinced this is a miracle worker, and to be honest, I couldn't tell if there was a difference, but because Nature's Bounty actually checks their products compared to most supplement manufacturers (who aren't really bound by FDA rules), I feel confident in using this product. They explain this in better detail on their website. It was a lot easier to use this than the gummies I've tried before. I have thick Native American hair, so thickness and volume isn't too much of an issue for me and I generally eat healthy-ish anyway. I would probably need to try this for 6 months to see if it works. I would be willing to try this once money got better.

But after taking three gels a day for the past year they are so strong and don't break anymore, something I didn't even think was possible for me. My hair also is crazy long and I genuinely believe that this stuff has helped it get so long and healthy. I straight up get annoyed at how often I have to cut my hair ever since I started taking these regularly haha

I am able to purchase it with my over the care benefit from Medicare. So it's free to me. It's a vitamin that helps to keep my facial skin looking young. which I so much enjoy. I don't need help growing my hair. Because I have never had hair growth problems. And since I have wore nails for so long. They are very weak. And I hope to helps me to have stronger nails.

My daughter takes them as well and notices that her hair is a lot healthier looking too. For me, the nails part is my favorite. My nails are usually so brittle and unhealthy. Once I had started taking these I noticed them improve. Now that I am not on them and have not been due to running out and forgetting my nails are back to unhealthy. Looks like I better take my own advice again!!!

When I 1st started taking the supplement my hair was pretty but falling out alot and very weak and brittle by the time than I had been taking the supplements for about 3 months my hair was definitely stronger longer as were my nail and my skin looked better than it had in a while now I cannot live without these.
