I saw that shoprite was having a sale on all Nature Bounty products and when I went to look at what they had I found the dual spectrum Melatonin 5mg bottle. I bought it and said what do I have to lose or gain with this product. The first night I tried it I had a great nights sleep. I slept thru till the morning and felt rested and awake!!!!!! Best product ever!!!!!!

This was recommended to me by a friend who’s a nurse and I have been using it for the past few years. It helps me stay asleep longer than other melatonin products. I combine it with Nature’s Bounty Valerian Root Herbal Blend.

Take this tablet about 30min to an hour before the time you want to be asleep. Follow your bedtime routine. Shower. Lotion up. Whatever you do to relax. And lie down. These will help you fall asleep and stay asleep better. My wife always wakes up at like 3am and can’t get back to sleep. She takes these and actually sleeps through the night and wakes feeling rested. They help me too. No complaints
