I felt better once I started taking vitamin C daily, the tablets are a little hard to swallow, would be better if they came in a gel cap but it’s not a big deal. benefit outweigh the annoyance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MamaT from Quick dissolve? It doesn’t devolve very quickly, I find myself having to swallow before the tablet is even halfway dissolved which means I swallow half of the dissolved tablet, that’s with me holding it for 45 seconds.
