Otherwise it’s a great product for vegetarians just like me since it’s not the easiest to get all the vitamins you need and it’s hard to find these.

I usually buy my vitamins at Costco because it's so much cheaper, but this time I picked them up at the drug store. They seem to work like they should, I notice a difference if I don"t take them.
