DIRECTIONS: For adults, take one (1) to two (2) tablespoons (7.5 g to 15 g) of cold-milled flax seeds powder daily. Cold-milled flax seeds powder can be added to baked goods, blender drinks or sprinkled on cereal and salads. Take with plenty of fluids. Fiber products can affect the absorption of many medications. The shipments are ALWAYS as they say; always on time, fresh and always with the extras. I contacted their office once and got a rapid satisfactory reply. I purchased many items on this order aand consider them all good buys. A lady on Dr. Oz show on anti aging recommended the Puritan Company for the best prices on line. Never went wrong with anything and I wouldn't change for anything. Always been greatly satisfied. If people truly know their vitamins,take them long term for specific reasons etc. they know Puritans Pride are the best in everything offered.

However, when I received the bottle, it was only one third of the way full, to be generous. I was put under the impression that the bottle was supposed to be completely full by the image of the product. If I am mistaken, however, the number of capsules confirm my beliefs for it does not match up with the number of capsules promised. Please reply to this review. Thank you.
